Repair shaky footage quickly and easily with Mercalli for Pinnacle Studio 12 .

You're probably familiar with the following situations:
You've got some fantastic footage "in the can", but realise later that it's shaky.
Or: you thought while filming a scene: "This'll be difficult without a tripod".
But there was no tripod to hand, or it wouldn't have been practical to use one.

Here's a solution, that'll ensure you'll no longer need to worry about situations like that: it's called Mercalli.

1) Where is"Mercalli Light for Pinnacle Studio " available from?

The download demo-version is available from proDAD. It can only be unlocked by purchasing from Pinnacle.

Non-activated video effects and transition effects will carry the following water mark in the output footage:

2) How do you unlock the Plug-In for Studio

If you like the demo-version, unlock it simply by purchasing direct from Pinnacle to remove the logo from your results. Just press the treasure chest symbol

4) Can users/buyers of the retail version (available from proDAD or from retailers) use Mercalli in Studio?

Not just like that. Please contact service@prodad.de sending us the following details:

Where was the Mercalli licence bought?
Your complete postal address?
YourStudio 12 serial number?
YourStudio 12 passport?
Your Mercalli serial number?

We will then check with Pinnacle whether we can provide you with a free activation for your Mercalli version.

5) Technical help and support

As with all proDAD products for Pinnacle’s Studio,
technical user help and support are primarily provided by Pinnacle Systems Support.

6) Use as a video effect

Assign effect ...
Edit effect ...
User Interface ...
A First select a profile …
Click on "OK" to start the video analysis

Done – when the analysis is complete, the video is stabilised.

7) Special case: a message appears in the Pinnacle Studio preview.

Mercalli must repeat the video analysis to achieve a perfect result.
a) Select the desired video clip.
b) Start the video effects/plugins.
c) Click on the "Edit Mercalli" button.
In the Mercalli window:

Click on "OK" to start the video analysis
The video analysis starts ...
